Intake Process for Missing Person

Please Bring Me Home and its affiliates are a not-for-profit organization run primarily by volunteers. These volunteers are made up of people with various skill sets which are useful in the search for missing persons. Due to the increasingly large number of cases brought forward to us, it has become apparent that we need an intake process. We will gather information from those seeking our services and will review each case to determine which service we are able to offer.

Below you will find an intake/screening form which needs to be filled out as accurately as possible and to the best of your knowledge. Please include the date and location of the missing person in the pertinent information box, as well as all other key details. Once you have completed the intake screening process, our team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible. At that point we will be better able to determine which services we are to provide.

We recognize that you have been waiting a long time for answers; we understand the sensitivity required when dealing with such matters. If you have any questions regarding this form, you can reach any to our team via our Please Bring Me Home Facebook page or by email. We appreciate your patience during this process and look forward to connecting with you in the near future.
