Kelly went missing from Campbell River BC on October 3rd 2019. It was difficult to recognize a change in Kellys routine immediately because he was known to go "radio silent" for a few days at a time. All of Kelly's belongings were found at his camp. There was a bike found by search and rescue however it is unverified if this was Kellys. Kelly did live a high risk lifestyle due to being homeless, involved in drug activity and was involved with a rough crowd.
