Case Analysis

Jordan was last seen at Peace River Community Health Centre in the Simon Lake area near Cadotte Lake on December 10th, 2018 in Peace River. He was brought to Peace River by ambulance and was admitted into triage. He was seen by a nurse but left before the doctor arrived. Jordan lived in Simon Lake which is a 40-minute drive away from the hospital. This means he may have been walking alone with no warm clothing in the middle of winter after he was released. He left with all of his identification but no phone. "Jordan's wallet was found in September 2023 near the Peace River Community Health Centre, almost 5 years after his disappearance. Jordan had called his parents from the hospital complaining that his stomach was bothering him. He told his parents that he was planning on coming to visit them and was going to be picked up. When his ride came to get him, she found out he was already gone. Jordan was said to be having a rough time and his family and friends are very concerned for his safety and wellbeing.
