Case Analysis
James Candy was last seen at his home located between Vegerville and Two Hills in Alberta on the evening of August 6, 2017. It is said that James was having a rough summer and seemed unsure of what he wanted to do after summer was over. The family has expressed that there was no argument that took place and any stories that state that are wrong. James went to bed on August 6 at 11 p.m. When his parents went to check on him the next morning at 9:30 a.m., he was gone. It is believed that he left through his bedroom window between the hours of 11 p.m. on August 6th and 9:30 a.m. on August 7. His parents continued to look for him outside but with no sign of him, returned to his room where they found a suicide note. They looked outside one more time and then contacted the RCMP. RCMP conducted a massive three to four-day search of the area but found no sign of him. James left everything behind except his white/blue Lasso (rope), his cowboy hat and his swiss army knife, none of which have ever been recovered. James had a history of being bullied and was having a difficult time finding work which he made mention of recently. There is no reason to suspect foul play.
