Steven Leslie O’Brien

Steven O’Brien has been missing since March 20, 1993, after disappearing from downtown Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

Steven had finished work at the Culinary Institute and spent part of the evening in the downtown area. He was seen on Kent Street by a friend and a neighbor before later being spotted near Pat’s Rose & Gray on Richmond Street. His final known sighting was on Queen Street, walking south. Which would have been approximately 10 mins from his apartment in a different direction. Witnesses who did not know Steven observed him from across the street.

Steven, might have had his keys with him, but his wallet was still in his apartment. He also wore prescription glasses and had been making plans for his future, including hopes of travelling to Germany to work.

More than three decades have passed, but Steven’s family continues to search for answers. Someone may remember seeing him that night or may have information that has never been shared with investigators. Even the smallest detail could make a significant difference.
