Daniel Halak

Daniel “Dan” Halak is a deeply loved father, grandfather, and friend who has been missing since November 2, 2020. Dan was last seen at his rural home in Mission, BC. His disappearance has left a profound void in the hearts of those who know and love him.

Dan is described as a kind, quiet, and dependable man who rarely strayed far from home, especially during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. His family describes his sudden disappearance as completely out of character, and they remain desperate for answers.

A week after he was last seen, Dan’s green 1998 Chevrolet Blazer was found abandoned in Vancouver on November 8, 2022, with no signs of forced entry, no keys and no trace of Dan. The discovery only deepened the mystery and concern surrounding his case.

His family and community continue to hope for his safe return, or at the very least, closure. If you saw anything or know something, even if it seems small, please come forward. Your information could help bring peace to a grieving family who has waited far too long.
