COUGHLIN, Clinton Clinton Coughlin wanted his mom to drive him to Trenton, Ontario, to go to the bank and the CRA office however he decided that he could do that with a friend another day and asked his mom to drop him off in Frankford. Clinton was last seen on November 11, 2021, at the Frankford Municipal Office on Trent Street North. His mother believes that her son entered an apartment after he went over the bridge and that his life potentially ended in that apartment. By the time the police secured a search warrant for the apartment, the residents had cleared out. Clinton is described as a white male, 5'8" tall, 187 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, a moustache, goatee and chinstraps and was wearing a black jacket, a beige shirt with blue stone washed jeans while carrying a black Under Armour backpack. He is known to frequent the Frankford, Trenton and Belleville areas.
